1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and Jilieee ("Jilieee," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Jilieee website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on Jilieee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Jilieee Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the Jilieee Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of Jilieee or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jilieee Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

Jilieee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by Jilieee may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Jilieee Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Jilieee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Jilieee account under any circumstances.

Jilieee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Jilieee Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jilieee supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayM aya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Jilieee Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱5.00 per transaction, subject to the minimum limits of the selected payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100.00 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Jilieee aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to Jilieee's verification requirements.
• Verification Requirement: Jilieee may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement.

Jilieee reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, Jilieee will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Jilieee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Jilieee Platform:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Jilieee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account.

Jilieee's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits under our Responsible Gaming tools may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the Jilieee Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, ensuring that all game outcomes are entirely random, fair, and independent of previous results. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information panel.

By participating in any game on Jilieee, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be influenced by any player action beyond the normal rules of the game.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Jilieee will not reverse or cancel a confirmed wager except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or game malfunction that results in an incorrect display of game results or payouts, Jilieee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection is stable before placing wagers. Jilieee is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections or connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jilieee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to Jilieee immediately.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or bonus systems.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing deposits through your payment provider after using the deposited funds for wagering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jilieee staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jilieee Platform — including but not limited to the Jilieee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of Jilieee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Jilieee.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the Jilieee name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorization.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jilieee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from any technical failure, game malfunction, or service interruption.
• Loss or corruption of data, account information, or transaction records.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any decision made by Jilieee in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

Jilieee's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Jilieee Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jilieee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10 Privacy and Data

Jilieee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jilieee implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Jilieee cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Jilieee may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in compliance with applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or anti-money laundering obligations.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Jilieee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other Jilieee policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined in Jilieee's account management policies.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus balances and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Jilieee informally by contacting our customer support team. Jilieee will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Jilieee's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of Jilieee's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Jilieee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Jilieee will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted on the Platform, an in-app notification, or an email to the address registered on your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the Jilieee Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
